The City of Arvada does not restore water service after 5:00 p.m. If your water has been terminated due to non-payment of your utility bill please contact Utility Account Services during business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Payments must be received during business hours.
If you would like to receive e-bills, register as a user, click on change profile, then manage profile, click on the box that says e-bills and we will send you an email that your bill is ready.
YOU MUST SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at 720-898-7070 in order to have your water service restored, which will only be done during business hours.
