Payments returned by banking institution as Insufficient Funds, Account Closed, Unknown Account, Stopped Payment, Fraud or other reasons are subject to any charges and returned check fees charged by The City of Arvada. The amount returned, plus any fees must be paid in cash, money order or credit card. The City of Arvada will not be responsible if you enter your account information incorrectly.
The City of Arvada does not restore water service after 5:00 p.m. If your water has been terminated due to non-payment of your utility bill please contact Utility Account Services during business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Payments must be received during business hours YOU MUST SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at 720-898-7070 in order to have your water service restored, which will only be done during business hours.
