The City of Arvada does not restore water service after 5:00 p.m.  If your water has been terminated due to non-payment of your utility bill please contact Utility Account Services during business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Payments must be received during business hours YOU MUST SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at 720-898-7070 in order to have your water service restored, which will only be done during business hours.

Billing for water, sewer and stormwater services are sent on a bi-monthly basis. Payments can be made on line, by phone, by direct debit, by mail or in person.

Payment Questions

I am trying to make a payment online but, I am unable to proceed.  What's Wrong? 

Once you select your payment method and click the Go button, you will be directed to a 3rd party site in order to complete your payment.  Make sure to click OK on the message notifying you that you are being redirected.  If you still don't see another window with your payment options, your pop-up blocker may not be allowing the payment site to open.  Adjust the settings on your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from

How do I change my pop-up blocker settings?

Internet Explorer:  If your pop-up blocker is turned on while trying to make a payment, you may see a notice at the top of your browser window.  The yellow Information Bar at the top of the screen indicates a pop-up was blocked.

Next click on the yellow bar.  Select Settings, then More Settings.

Under the "Address of the Web Site to Allow," type in the address for then click add.

Notice that our site is now one of the allowed sites.  Click close.  Once the window is closed, click Refresh on your web browser.  You should be able to make a payment now.

If you did not get a yellow information bar, you can still turn off pop-up blocker on Internet Explorer 7 or above by clicking Tools on the Menu, then Internet Options, then Privacy and uncheck the  "Turn Pop-Up Blocker On" box.  Don't forget to turn it back on when you leave this site.

Mozilla/Firefox:  Go to Tools:  Options: Content.  If the box labeled "Block Pop-Up Windows" is checked, click on it to clear it.  Don't forget to check it after you leave the site.

Safari:  Click the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner (looks like a gear) and then Security.  If the box labled "Block Pop-Up Windows" is checked, click on it to clear it.  Don't forget to check it after you leave the site.

Google Chrome:  Click on the Pay My Bill Online link.  A little notifier will appear in the lower right corner of the browser.  Click it and select "Always show pop-ups from

Other Browsers:  Please se your browsers Help for information on how to turn on/off pop-up blockers.  Don't forget to turn pop up blocking when you leave our site.
